 To select an item , CLICK on your choice of the item $PRICE below that is in the "Member Price" or the "Non-Member Price" squares. You will then see that item appear in your Shopping Cart. Next, click on Check Out, and you will be asked to fill in the name and address exactly as it appears on the credit card bill that you are using for this transaction. If you need to give us a different mailing address to reach you, enter that address in the Ship To Information section. When you click on one the prices below, and you do not see an input screen for your information, you may need to check to see if your "pop-up blocker" is preventing the page from being viewed.

Please register separately for each person; your order quantity should not be more than one (1) for any item. You will immediately receive both an automated registration confirmation and a payment receipt by email.

NOTICE!  Any cancellation on or before March 30, 2011 (postmarked or fax'ed) that is written and signed will be honored, though it will first be subject to a $20.00 administrative fee. A $35 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations received between March 30, 2011 through April 15, 2011. Any cancellation after April 15, 2010 or any "no-show" is not eligible for a refund.
